At Speedhouse Motors, we want your order to arrive safely, reliably, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after your purchase is completed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Because many of our products are made or fulfilled after an order is placed, processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability, order volume, and fulfillment demand.

During new product drops, restocks, holiday seasons, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Methods

We offer available shipping options at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Shipping methods may vary depending on your shipping address, product type, order size, and carrier availability.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Speedhouse Motors may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If a free shipping offer is available, the qualifying order amount and terms will be shown on our website or at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Typical estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3 to 8 business days after shipment
International: 7 to 21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, incorrect addresses, high order volume, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Change of Address

If you need to change the shipping address on an order, please contact us as soon as possible at speedhousemotors@gmail.com with your order number and the correct shipping address.

We will do our best to update your order before it enters processing or fulfillment. However, once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Speedhouse Motors is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

We work to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at speedhousemotors@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment, we may no longer be able to cancel the order.

If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return policy once the package is delivered.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Speedhouse Motors is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by carrier issues, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or packages marked as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, household members, and your local carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at speedhousemotors@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. Depending on the situation, we may recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may be able to reship the order to a corrected address. Additional shipping fees may apply.

We are unable to refund shipping costs for orders that cannot be delivered due to customer-provided address errors.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available at checkout, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, local carrier handling, and import regulations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other fees required by their country.

Speedhouse Motors is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local import processing.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages, especially if items are fulfilled from different locations or produced separately.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Preorders and Limited Drops

If an item is listed as a preorder, limited drop, made-to-order item, or special release, the estimated shipping timeline may be different from our standard shipping timeline.

Any special fulfillment or shipping details will be listed on the product page when applicable.
